Oak Manor Estates is located in the beautiful, historic town of Milford, PA. We are situated on a quiet, privately owned street, two miles from the Milford business district. Milford is a bustling town, the seat of Pike County, where shopping, restaurants, entertainment, health care facilities and businesses of all kinds abound. We are in the middle of the Pocono Mountains, a year-round family playground with an abundance of activities , including swimming, boating and fishing on the Delaware River, picnicking, skiing, hiking, antiquing, flea marketing, and sight-seeing. Oak Manor Estates is comprised of four communities. We pride ourselves on the community feel of the complex; we get to know our tenants personally and strive to make our complex a real neighborhood, where tenants can feel safe, secure and welcome.

The first and original community has eight, four unit buildings constructed of brick. Two additional communities - a short drive down the street - are 8 units each in quiet wooded surroundings with rustic wood siding. Units are either ground floor or second level.
We also have a four-unit building in the town of Matamoras, a short ride from Milford.

All apartments are carpeted in the living room, bedroom and stairways. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerator and stove and some have built-in microwaves. Rooms are spacious with lots of storage.
The rustic units have sliding glass doors in the kitchen, leading to a small, covered deck where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature in your backyard.
